Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their style preferences, wardrobe needs, and any relevant constraints. You agree to treat our consultants with respect and to communicate openly about your styling goals and concerns.
Payment for our wardrobe consulting services is due as specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Realdealer reserves the right to modify service pricing with reasonable notice to clients.
All content, materials, and styling recommendations provided by Realdealer are the property of Realdealer and are protected by intellectual property laws. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our styling materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
Realdealer provides styling advice and recommendations in good faith. We are not liable for any decisions made by clients based on our recommendations, nor for the availability or quality of products purchased from third-party retailers based on our suggestions.
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Realdealer reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
Realdealer may update these terms of use from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
